Training can be intense at first (physically) but once you pass, it feels amazing to teach classes and connect with students. The students come early to class and stay a few minutes after class sometimes to chat and connect with the teachers. Having a FB group for this studio makes it all more fun. Love it here! "review_text": "I put all I could into learning the type of sequence the company wanted, but I saw other instructors teaching contrary to the training we received, and nothing was done to fix it. You are expected to come at least twenty minutes early and stay after to clean the room, your pay rate is for two hours and considering that, it is low. It is not very organised, and the manager and owner always seemed stressed and rushed. I was lied to about how many classes I would be teaching after quitting other jobs to work there. You have to make a up sequence and submit it to be allowed to teach different formats. I waited about four months to hear an answer back...???I will say its a beautiful studio, but I missed having a place to change clothes after teaching, I didn't want to use the one bathroom to change.We were allowed free classes, but do to covid they were always too full for us to take advantage of it. SO, really no benefits at all plus no pay and not much in the way of teamwork. Owner played favourites with giving spots to her favourites... Pros Very lovely studio Cons Low pay, favoratism",

The manager provided no training but since the job is so simple it wasn't that hard to figure out after a shift or two. I was initially hired on as a yoga instructor but they had me working the front desk until they got me trained, which they never did. After a few weeks they cut my hours and the manager tried to get me to drop all my shifts. I eventually gave my two weeks since I was only working 7 hours a week and they never made any effort to train me for the teaching position. The second I gave my two weeks the manager said that could be my last day and did not even let me finish out my two weeks. Pros Free yoga Cons Management, lack of hours",
