Key Sections of your Report
Overview - this section provides an AI summary of your analyzed data, bringing together key topics and trends into one cohesive overview. Use this to quickly grasp the most important takeaways from your report.
- Overview dashboard - This dashboard, located next to the overview, provides a quick snapshot of key metrics, helping you analyze trends and insights at a glance.
- Engagement rate - This metric helps measure audience interaction and engagement levels, giving you valuable insights into viewer activity.
- Audience - It provides insight into the overall reach and visibility of the analyzed content.
- Mentions trend - this tracks how topics have been discussed over time, highlighting patterns and fluctuations in engagement.
- Icons - Above the overview dashboard, you'll find a set of icons that allow you to share your report, interact with the report via the AI chatbot, or view your search history.
New search - click this to return to the homepage, where you can create a new search and generate a fresh report.
History - this opens a sidebar displaying your past searches. Here, you can navigate and explore your previously generated reports, making it easy to revisit and analyze past data at any time.
Share - this opens a pop-up where you can generate a shareable link. This link allows you to publicly share your report with others, making collaboration and data sharing seamless.
- AI chatbot - use this to ask follow-up questions and get more insights. You can ask up to a total of six questions, which are made up of:
- 3 Pre-Generated Questions – suggested based on your initial query.
3 Customized Questions – tailor these to your specific search or the topics identified within your results for a deeper exploration.
Reminder: When sharing your report on social media or via email, the viewer will only have access to the 3 pre-generated questions and will not be able to ask their own customized questions through the chatbot.
Unlock more data - If you are a paid subscriber, clicking this will redirect you to Datashake hub, where you can explore more tools, insights, and resources to enhance your data analysis. If you do not yet have a paid subscription, you will be directed to a contact form and our sales team will reach out to discuss the optimal plan for you.
We currently do not have AI implemented in the hub, but you will be able to collect a more comprehensive dataset for your own analysis.
