Creating a Report: Step-by-Step Guide


Welcome to this step-by-step guide for creating an AI generated report, our newly launched tool designed to help you get insights on different social media platforms with the help of AI. This guide will walk you through everything you need to get started. Let's dive in!



How to Sign up and Start your Search


If you're new to Datashake, you’ll be asked to create an account before accessing your report. Don't worry, we’ll guide you along the way.


  1. Getting to the AI reports tool on our website homepage

    Go to https://datashake.com/ using your preferred web browser.

  2. Select a site

    Choose the social media site you’d like to search.



  3. Enter your search keyword, phrase, or question

    In the search field labeled "Enter your keyword, niche, or competitor," type in your desired keyword or question.

  4. Start your search

    Click the green arrow to start generating your report.



    You will get a confirmation that your report is getting ready (see below).


  1. Sign up for an account

    You’ll be asked to sign up for an account to access your report. On the sign-up screen, fill in your details, including:

    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Company Name
    • Password

Click the "Sign Up" button to proceed.


  1. Confirm your email

    Check your email inbox for a verification email from Datashake. Click the “confirm my account” link inside the email to verify and activate your account.



  2. Access your report

    After confirming your email, Datashake will redirect you to your user dashboard, where you can view your report. You can also find your reports on your reports history page.


Now you're all set to explore and analyze your data efficiently! 🚀


Reminder: You can perform up to 10 searches within a 30-day period. You can view the number of reports you have left in your search bar.



How to create a report from my dashboard


If you already have a Datashake account, you can start from the website homepage, but you’ll need to sign in first.  To quickly generate your report, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Sign in to your account

    Navigate to https://dashboard.datashake.com/signin. You can also visit datashake.com and log in using the menu bar.

  2. Enter your credentials

    Enter your email address and password and click "Login" to access the main dashboard.



  3. Access the AI Reports & Insights tool

    Once logged in, you’ll land on the main page. Use the report generating tool to generate your report.



  4. Select a site

    Choose the social media site you’d like to search.



  5. Enter your search keyword, phrase, or question

    In the search field labeled "Enter your keyword, niche, or competitor," type in your desired keyword or question.

  6. Start your search

    Click the green arrow to start generating your report.



You will get a confirmation that your report is getting ready (see below)

That’s it! Your report will be generated automatically, giving you the insights you need in no time. 🚀

How to access your previously generated reports


You can easily revisit your past reports by following these simple steps:

  1. Go to your dashboard

    Navigate to https://dashboard.datashake.com.


  2. Click the history icon

    Click the History icon on the right side of the page to view your past searches. You can also access your search history from any report page in your account.


  1. Find and view your report

    Find your report and click the View button to access your data.



Now you can review, analyze, and share your past reports! 🚀
